About Brianna Dzuricsko
Hi! I'm Brianna, a data-driven designer and researcher based in Cincinnati.
I combine user research and data analysis to solve complex problems. Currently, I'm pursuing my Master of Design at the University of Cincinnati, where I focus on service design, data visualization, and human-centered research. As a Graduate Assistant at the Live Well Collaborative, I work with healthcare and nonprofit partners to conduct research, map user journeys, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Before graduate school, I spent five years supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses. As Director of Funding & Impact at Main Street Ventures, I scaled their small-business grant program and measured its impact. I built impact data measurement systems and created dashboards that helped leadership make informed decisions.
I believe the best solutions come from understanding both the numbers and the people behind them. Whether I'm conducting user interviews, analyzing quantitative data, or creating process diagrams, I'm always asking: What does this tell us, and how can we use it to make things better?
I graduated from Duquesne University with a degree in Entrepreneurship and am a 2019 Venture For America Fellow. When I'm not researching or designing, you can find me supporting the local small businesses in the Midwest
