Narrative Visualization of Family Heirlooms
Storytelling and Visualization
This ongoing thesis project explores how visual storytelling and data-driven design can illuminate the narratives, relationships, and personal histories embedded within family heirlooms.
By examining the emotional, cultural, and interpersonal connections surrounding these objects, the work seeks to create visual systems that map meaning across generations. Through iterative research and experimentation, the project aims to understand how heirlooms function not only as artifacts but as shared anchors of memory, identity, and family connection.
